- Irene Smyth Review added: 2018.10.30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Alpha taxi must be the worst taxi providers. The switch board operators are rude and somewhat illiterate. I left my keys in a taxi and 5 days later am still not able to locate the keys . No managers available to speak to. No one is able to conact the driver. Keep being asked to call back in one hour , two hours etc. Inrerest from staff is zero. overpriced and zero service
